The State Palace named after the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was opened on October 26, 1998. The educational center for children, according to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 10253 dated February 14, 2009, was named the State Palace named after the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The construction of the palace was carried out by the China Jilin International Economic and Technical Corporation on June 16, 1996 on the basis of an agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates.
The State Palace with a total area of 10.5 hectares and a building area of 13,168.7 m2 is designed for 500 children.
